Yes, we believe you should be able to control how often you get your logs, and when it’s time to take a break. You can easily pause, skip a delivery, change your order, or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account.

We do! When you chose to subscribe to a product, we take 15% off your purchase.

You can do either. While our subscription offers the best convenience, you are always welcome to make a one-time purchase for any of our products.

For homes without a log store, we recommend our boxed logs. These logs come in sturdy, stackable, and fully recyclable cardboard boxes that are clean and tidy enough to be stored inside your home.

We aim to have your order at your door within 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner so you can follow its journey.

No problem. Our delivery partners are instructed to leave your box in a safe, designated place (which you can often specify) if you are not at home to receive it. Our packaging should keep it safe and dry under normal circumstances, but do keep in mind that cardboard boxes may get wet in the rain.

The two most important things are to keep it dry and allow air to circulate. Our boxes are perfect for indoor storage. If storing outside, a raised log store with a roof and open sides is ideal.

Birch lights quickly and gives a bright flame, perfect for a fast, inviting fire. Oak is denser, providing a long, slow burn with a high, consistent heat output, which is better for keeping a room warm for hours.

Heat logs are powerful, convenient briquettes made from 100% compressed, dried sawdust. They are exceptionally dense and dry, so they produce a very high, consistent heat and a long burn time, making them a very efficient fuel.

Yes, all our firewood is kiln-dried to below 18% moisture and is officially certified as ‘Ready to Burn’. This guarantees a cleaner, more efficient, and better-performing fire.

This depends on your stove and how long you run your fire. As a guide, our 8kg bags/boxes are typically perfect for around two long evenings, or a few shorter, more atmospheric fires.

All our firewood is sourced from responsibly managed, sustainable forests. Our packaging is also plastic-free and fully recyclable.
