Small & Standard Deliveries

For Bags, Boxes, Bundles, Kindling & Fiyalighters

We’re proud to offer free delivery across most of the mainland UK for orders over £30 (excludes Scottish Highlands).

For orders below £30, delivery has a flat rate of £8 (except for the Scottish Highlands).

All deliveries to the Scottish Highlands have a flat rate of £10.

For orders placed before midday, deliveries are expected to be made the next working day; delivery can take place at any time up until 5:00 PM.

For orders placed after midday, deliveries should be expected in two working days. Again, the delivery should be made before 5:00 PM.

Next day services are not guaranteed; things can go wrong. There will be no refund for deliveries which do not arrive the next day.

 If you’re not going to be in when your delivery is scheduled, you can manage your delivery through our APC Choice options.

APC Choice

Simply enter your consignment number and postcode on the APC website to view the current status of your delivery and explore the options available to you.

Please note that alternative delivery options may vary depending on the service type, the nature of the goods, delivery status and your location.

Parcel Tracking

You are now able to track your parcel and to have control over your delivery by choosing how you’d like to receive it until the delivery is complete (this includes if APC miss you and leave you a card).

Simply choose to either:

  • Reschedule your delivery for a date that suits you.
  • Request to collect from your local APC Overnight depot.
  • Have your parcel left safe in a location of your choosing (once you’ve rescheduled your delivery).
  • Collect from your local Parcelly store.

Large Deliveries

For Firewood Crates

Firewood crates will be delivered on pallets to a safe kerbside location. Deliveries cannot be made on steep inclines, and only on solid, flat surfaces.

This means that goods will be delivered to the nearest safe, accessible point at the roadside or adjacent to the property, and does not include garages or the back of the property.

We can only deliver to ground level locations, and our delivery drivers are not allowed to enter your property. They may be able to assist delivery beyond the kerbside, but this is at their discretion, and not guaranteed.

The driver will sign the POD on your behalf, as you must stay a safe distance from the delivery vehicle.

Returns

Refunds are issued within 28 days of receiving returned goods.

Report any delivery issues immediately. We will rectify incorrect deliveries promptly.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days, minus any charges, for returned goods.

Returns can be made using your own courier, or we can arrange collection. Costs will be quoted on request.
