“Guess the Logs” Competition – Terms & Conditions

Beef Stock 2026, Rowden Paddocks, Bromyard, Herefordshire – 22 & 23 August 2026

1. The Promoter

1.1 This competition is promoted by Jack Pink Ltd, trading as Fiya, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08775884, whose registered office is at Stoneycroft, Fownhope, Hereford, HR1 4PJ (“the Promoter”, “Fiya”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Beef Stock, Nozstock, The Beefy Boys, or any other organiser, sponsor, trader or venue connected with the Beef Stock 2026 event. Any questions, comments or complaints about the competition must be directed to the Promoter and not to the event organisers.

1.3 By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 The following may not enter: employees, officers and directors of the Promoter; their immediate families and household members; and anyone else professionally connected with the competition, its administration, or the supply of the prize.

2.3 The prize can only be delivered to an address on the UK mainland. Entrants who cannot supply a UK mainland delivery address may enter but may be unable to claim the prize, in which case clause 7.4 applies.

2.4 The Promoter may require proof of age, identity and residence before awarding the prize, and may disqualify any entrant who cannot supply it.

3. Entry period

3.1 The competition opens at 00:01 (BST) on Saturday 22 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on Monday 24 August 2026 (“the Entry Period”).

3.2 Only entries received by the Promoter within the Entry Period will be counted. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will be void, whether or not the delay was the entrant’s fault.

3.3 The Promoter’s system clock is the definitive time for determining whether an entry falls within the Entry Period.

4. How to enter

4.1 The competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required at any stage. Buying a Fiya product does not increase your chance of winning.

4.2 To enter, submit your guess of the number of logs in the Fiya truck via the entry form at https://myfiya.com/bs26comp. Entries taken at the Beef Stock event will be submitted to the same online entry form.

4.3 You must provide the information requested on the entry form, including your name, a valid email address and/or telephone number, and your guess. Your guess must be a single whole number. Ranges, fractions, decimals, multiple numbers or non-numeric answers will be treated as invalid.

4.4 One entry per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be counted and all later entries will be disregarded.

4.5 Entries must be made by the entrant personally. Bulk entries, entries made by third parties, entries made using automated software, scripts or bots, and entries made from multiple email addresses or identities by the same person will be disqualified.

4.6 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or that the Promoter reasonably believes to be fraudulent will be void.

4.7 Any costs incurred in entering (for example internet or data charges) are the entrant’s responsibility. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or not received for any reason, including technical failure or network fault. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. Determining the winner

5.1 The actual number of logs in the truck (“the Actual Number”) will be counted and recorded in writing by the Promoter before the competition opens, and will be held securely and not disclosed until after the Entry Period closes.

5.2 The winner will be the entrant whose guess is closest to the Actual Number, whether above or below it.

5.3 If two or more entrants submit equally close guesses, the winner will be selected at random from those tied entries by an independent person unconnected with the Promoter.

5.4 Winner selection will take place on or before Friday 28 August 2026.

5.5 The Actual Number as recorded by the Promoter under clause 5.1 is final, and the Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. The prize

6.1 There is one prize: a hamper of Fiya products. The contents of the hamper are selected by the Promoter at its sole discretion.

6.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.

6.3 The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6.4 The prize does not include delivery outside the UK mainland, and does not include any other cost, insurance or expense not expressly stated in these terms.

6.5 The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize and should seek independent advice if in doubt.

6.6 Prize products must be used in accordance with the safety information and instructions supplied with them. Solid fuel, kindling, charcoal and firelighters must only be burned in an appropriate appliance and in accordance with local regulations, including any smoke control area restrictions that apply where the winner lives.

7. Notification and claiming the prize

7.1 The winner will be notified using the contact details supplied on their entry form within five (5) working days of selection.

7.2 The winner must respond to confirm acceptance and provide a UK mainland delivery address within fourteen (14) days of the date the notification is sent.

7.3 The prize will be delivered to the winner’s confirmed UK mainland address within thirty (30) days of receiving their delivery details, unless otherwise agreed.

7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within the period in clause 7.2, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and award it to the entrant with the next closest guess (applying clause 5.3 where necessary).

8. Publicity and winner details

8.1 The surname and county of the winner, together with the winning guess and the Actual Number, will be published on Fiya’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, @followfiya) after the winner has been notified.

8.2 The same details will be made available to anyone who writes to the Promoter at Jack Pink Ltd t/a Fiya, Stoneycroft, Fownhope, Hereford, HR1 4PJ, or emails hello@myfiya.com, within one month of the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope where a postal reply is requested.

8.3 If you would prefer your surname and county not to be published, or would prefer that fewer details are published, please tell us when you enter or when you are notified as the winner, and we will comply. We may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8.4 The winner may be asked, but is not obliged, to take part in reasonable post-competition publicity, such as a photograph or a short quote. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

9. Data protection

9.1 Jack Pink Ltd (trading as Fiya) is the data controller for personal data submitted with your entry.

9.2 We collect your name, contact details, your guess and, if you win, your delivery address. We use this information only to administer the competition: to validate entries, identify and contact the winner, deliver the prize, publish winner details in accordance with clause 8, and keep records to demonstrate that the competition was run fairly.

9.3 We will not share your personal data with any third party for their own purposes, and we will not sell or rent it. We may share it with service providers acting on our instructions where necessary to run the competition (for example our website host and the courier delivering the prize), and with the Advertising Standards Authority or another regulator where we are required to do so by law.

9.4 We will keep entry data for no longer than six (6) months after the closing date, except that winner records may be kept for six (6) years to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that it will be securely deleted.

9.5 Entering the competition does not sign you up to marketing. We will only send you marketing emails if you separately and optionally opt in to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

9.6 You have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw any consent you have given, contact us at hello@myfiya.com. Withdrawing consent before the winner is selected will mean we can no longer process your entry and it will be withdrawn from the competition. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who, in its reasonable opinion, has breached these terms, tampered with the entry process, acted fraudulently or dishonestly, or acted in a way likely to bring the Promoter or the competition into disrepute.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition, or these terms, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will be published at https://myfiya.com/bs26comp and the Promoter will act fairly and take reasonable steps to avoid causing undue disappointment to entrants.

10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or disappointment arising from entering the competition or from accepting or using the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10.4 Nothing in these terms affects the entrant’s statutory rights.

10.5 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10.6 This competition is a free entry competition and is not a lottery for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005.

10.7 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
