Where Fiya all began…

For most people, the reality of getting firewood is a chore. It means last-minute trips to the supermarket or petrol station for damp logs, or struggling with bulky, messy bags of firewood, with no good place to store them.

Our founders, Richard and James, loved the feeling of a fire but grew frustrated with this. They believed that the experience of getting the wood should be as easy and reliable as the fire itself.

Fiya was born from that simple idea: to “keep the warmth ready, so people can share it.” They created a brand that delivers superior quality, responsibly sourced firewood in thoughtful, easy-to-store boxes. No mess, no hassle, and no last-minute dashes for logs, all in one easy-to-manage subscription.

About our firewood

We’re incredibly proud of our firewood suppliers, which is why, unlike many other brands in the UK, we’re transparent about how our logs are sourced. Most of our wood comes from responsibly-managed European forests, where sustainable planting and forestry are practised to minimise environmental impact.

Moreover, all of our firewood is kiln-dried to ensure a moisture content of less than 18%, which means we’re fully certified as ‘Ready to Burn’ in the UK. We’re always excited to talk more about our firewood, so if you have any questions, simply head to the contact page and send us a message.
